Aston Martin Lagonda Limited seeks a skilled Programme Leader to join their team as the Programme Manager.

This is a full-time role with hybrid working arrangements, 3-4 days a week in the office. The working hours are 7:30-16:30 Monday-Thursday and 7:30-12:30 on Friday.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful definition, planning, and execution of vehicle programmes. This includes leading the delivery of critical programme milestones and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to meet quality, timing, and cost objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in the management of programme lifecycle, including:

  • Leading issue identification and resolution throughout the programme lifecycle, including design & development, testing, prototype build and quality concerns.
  • Acting as a key liaison during BOM alignment, virtual series events, and build planning activities.
  • Leading minor model programmes with financial and delivery responsibility, while deputizing for the Programme Manager when required.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar (or equivalent extensive experience).
  • Proven experience in whole vehicle or complex system programme coordination and management.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with confident presentation skills.
