Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of menu items to ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to develop skills and knowledge in various kitchen sections.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Desirable: previous experience in a kitchen environment, particularly in a hotel setting.
