About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Assistant Cook. As an Apprentice Assistant Cook, you will work under the direction of the Cook Supervisor to provide a wide range of duties, including the preparation, simple cooking, and serving of meals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals for students and staff
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

About Your Development

As an Apprentice Assistant Cook, you will have the opportunity to complete a Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship course, hygiene certificate, and a level 2 in maths and English (unless exempt).
