Job Title: First Line IT Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Line IT Support Specialist to join our team at In Technology Group. As the first point of contact for our clients' IT issues, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Initial Point of Contact:** Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries and issues, providing timely and effective support to our clients.
  • **Office 365 Support:** Provide support for Office 365, including user management, troubleshooting, and application support, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' systems.
  • **Windows Server Management:** Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
  • **Networking and Hardware Support:** Address networking issues, including connectivity and performance problems, and provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • **Escalation and Record-Keeping:** Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • **Customer Service:** Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

Requirements:

  • **Proven Experience:** Proven experience in a similar IT support role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
  • **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows Servers, and networking fundamentals, as well as proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and support.
  • **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • **Problem-Solving:** Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT support, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
