About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administration Coordinator to join our team at Curvy Kate. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communication for the marketing team.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external marketing events, such as photoshoots, meetings, and team activities.
  • Help with invoice processing and budget tracking, ensuring all administrative aspects of the marketing campaigns are well-documented and aligned with company procedures.
  • Support on administrative tasks in relation to photoshoots, including organizing travel, accommodation, samples, and catering.
  • Be responsible for all marketing equipment in the office, ensuring storage is maintained and kept tidy.
  • Coordinate influencer outreach efforts, including managing lists of potential partners, facilitating sample send-outs, and tracking collaboration results.
  • Maintain positive and timely communication with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Assist in evaluating the performance of influencer partnerships and preparing reports for the marketing team.
  • Support the marketing team in gathering and analyzing campaign data, including social media metrics, influencer reach, and brand awareness metrics.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to compile performance reports.
  • Support the marketing team in organizing and executing social media, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, track deadlines, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Work closely with the team to support and coordinate content, including product photography, graphics, and video assets.

About You:

  • A passion for fashion, lingerie, and marketing with a keen interest in social media and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or marketing internship is desirable but not essential.
