Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Optical Assistant in our Store - Matlock. We are looking for someone with previous optical experience, ideally as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant.

The role involves listening to patients, giving good clear advice, explaining suitable products and offers, understanding NHS procedures and applying our own high standards. You will also be responsible for dispensing of lenses (single vision / bi-focal & varifocal), carrying out pre-screening examinations and working alongside the wider team in day-to-day running of clinics.
