About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Talent Development Apprentice to join our People and Organisation Development team. This role will provide a comprehensive learning experience, combining practical training with theoretical knowledge.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the administration, sourcing, co-ordination and delivery of learning and development modules. They will also assist the team in building the skills and knowledge of the ECC workforce and support in the delivery of strategic talent management and development programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration, sourcing, co-ordination and delivery of learning and development modules.
  • Assist the team in building the skills and knowledge of the ECC workforce.
  • Support in the delivery of strategic talent management and development programmes.

Requirements:

  • Be educated to a minimum of A Level / T Level or completed a Level 3 apprenticeship.
  • Fully meet the Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Build a strong understanding of Learning and Development.
  • Have experience of working with IT systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: £23,344 per annum. Location: Chelmsford. Working Style: Anywhere worker.
