Job Title: Complex Healthcare Associate

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Complex Healthcare Associate. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, working closely with our experienced nursing team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in various areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide expert care and support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care and support
