Receptionist (Guest Services Host) Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist (Guest Services Host) in our Leeds offices. This is a 9-month fixed term contract role in the financial services industry.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all queries and will work closely with our staff and service partners to provide exceptional customer service. Your duties will include a range of tasks across Reception, Switchboard, Facilities, and Post.

We are looking for someone who can provide a warm and welcoming experience for our clients, while also being security conscious. You will need to be proactive, organized, and have excellent communication skills. A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage the reception area and switchboard
  • Coordinate facilities and post services
  • Work closely with staff and service partners to ensure seamless service delivery
