Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Client Service Specialist to join our team at Lockton Re. As a key member of our Treaty Portfolio team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in the processing of reinsurance accounts, claims, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain reinsurance accounts, including proportional and non-proportional accounts, excess of loss, and claims.
  • Provide support to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate claims and resolve disputes in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reinsurance client service, claims handling, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
