A Private Client Legal Assistant is required to support our busy private client team based in the Malton/Pickering area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Legal Advisers on individual transactions and wider team projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Legal Advisers in both individual transactions and as part of wider team projects.
  • Attending to clients both in person and on the telephone.
  • Copy typing of correspondence and documents, amending and formatting complex documents.
  • Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and reports.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling mail.

Requirements:

  • Excellent typing and MS Office skills.
  • Previous legal admin/secretarial experience desirable or University graduate in law.
  • An interest in the legal environment.

Salary: £22,750-25,000 per annum depending on experience.
