Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced professional to drive growth and success in their construction projects.

About the Job:
  • As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing commercial risks and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • You will also prepare and issue enquiries for equipment and sub-contract packages, as well as measure and agree variations, loss & expense, and/or compensation events.
  • In addition, you will authorise and code suppliers' and sub-contractors' invoices for payment, and measure, certify, and agree sub-contractors' interim valuations and final accounts.
Requirements:
  • A BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive commercial project experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and acumen, including construction law and contract management.
The Package:
  • A competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (negotiable).
  • A company car and pension scheme.
