Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts Assistant and Financial Advisors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Compile and process sales and purchase invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Produce regular reports using Excel and Pivot tables, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Utilize the Sage system and other accounts packages to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain client files and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
