ALS Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced ALS Manager Lead to join our team, responsible for ensuring high-quality provision that raises aspirations and achievement for students and apprentices with SEND.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Student Experience and Transition in leading, developing, and managing the strategic vision for SEND provision across the college group
- Develop and implement high-quality provision that raises aspirations and achievement for students and apprentices with SEND
- Provide leadership and support in the development and improvement of SEND services
Salary Details:
The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, offering a competitive package that reflects the importance of this position in our organization.
