This international law firm is a leading destination for finance houses worldwide.

The Finance Operations team is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Assistant to process invoices, receipts, expenses, and other finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process supplier payment runs of invoices due for payment.
  2. Run reports to ensure timely payment of invoices to comply with SRA accounts rules.
  3. Process employee expense payment runs and authorise expenses in Chrome River.
  4. Process direct debit payments from office bank accounts.
  5. Assist with testing of Chrome River for changes.
  6. Process client receipts accurately and promptly.
  7. Assist with producing bank reconciliations for review by the Financial Operations Manager.
  8. Review client bank accounts regularly and investigate funds received.
  9. Post journals for entries between bank accounts and tax payments.

Candidate Profile

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
  2. 5 GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
  3. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
