Finance Operations Coordinator

This international law firm is a leading destination for finance houses worldwide.
The Finance Operations team is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Assistant to process invoices, receipts, expenses, and other finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier payment runs of invoices due for payment.
- Run reports to ensure timely payment of invoices to comply with SRA accounts rules.
- Process employee expense payment runs and authorise expenses in Chrome River.
- Process direct debit payments from office bank accounts.
- Assist with testing of Chrome River for changes.
- Process client receipts accurately and promptly.
- Assist with producing bank reconciliations for review by the Financial Operations Manager.
- Review client bank accounts regularly and investigate funds received.
- Post journals for entries between bank accounts and tax payments.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
- 5 GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
