Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Harper May. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payment processes and fund allocations.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a finance role, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of payment processes and financial compliance standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing daily transactions with high accuracy and adherence to internal controls
  • Supporting reconciliation of client fund accounts with transparency and attention to detail
  • Collaborating on cash flow tracking, fund allocation management, and resolving discrepancies

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum is offered for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a finance role, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a regulated environment
  • Understanding of payment processes and financial compliance standards
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
