Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead our team at ibis London Heathrow. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize hotel operations, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Foster positive owner relations and drive business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding budgeted financial targets and qualitative targets.
  • Ability to demonstrate development of a previous team and improvement of guest satisfaction.
