Job Title: General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships with owners, stakeholders, and local community groups to drive business growth and reputation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hotel management experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
