Advanced Resource Managers Limited is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our supply chain team. As a Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in providing a clear demand signal into supply chain to support factory scheduling, material purchasing, and optimization of finished goods inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage demand/forecast systems, collect and analyze data, and create insights to challenge commercial assumptions and drive collaborative action planning and delivery.
- Plan for exceptional demand events, including promotional calendars, new product launches, and seasonal demand.
- Analyze and report on medium- and long-term forecast changes with potential business impact.
- Translate demand planning data into material planning data for procurement and manufacturing.
- Manage supply chain relationships with D2C fulfillment providers and liaise with teams to ensure material planning and performance are correct.
- Support international import/export and associated transport procedures, working with finance and technical teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, factory scheduling, material planning, and stock control.
- Strong understanding of demand planning processes, procedures, and measures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize workload.
- 5 years of experience in FMCG food manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and distribution environments.
