Job Title: Senior Site Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Housing Site Manager to join our team at Sphere Solutions. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the production of all units, on-site health and safety management, and the management of sub-contractors. You will report to a full site team consisting of an Assistant Site Manager and a permanent forklift and labourer as a minimum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of all units
• On-site health and safety management
• Management of sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Proven track record in house building at a similar level
• Knowledge of both traditional and modern construction methods, processes, and current health and safety legislation
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good local supply chain knowledge
• SMSTS, CSCS, and FAW qualifications

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary of Cir. £72,000
