Senior Commercial Director

About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior Commercial Director to lead our EMEA Agents & Partnerships team, driving business growth and strategic objectives across key categories and retail accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily relationships with external Agent teams to deliver commercial and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with budget targets.
- Collaborate with internal UBD teams (Legal, Finance, Category, Retail, Franchise) for seamless communication and information flow on key deliverables.
- Maintain deal memos that meet dealmaker guidelines, facilitating business growth aligned with category strategy and adhering to company timelines and procedures.
- Lead the quarterly forecast cycle in appointed markets, ensuring accurate licensee forecast projections within deadlines.
- Work with Agent teams to develop compelling cross-category Retail campaigns, managing process and implementation within allocated budgets.
- Oversee Retail Promotion and Marketing Approvals for Agent Markets, liaising with stakeholders in EMEA and US, and tracking projects to deadlines.
- Ensure brand guardianship for all retail marketing submissions and approvals.
- Promote inter-divisional synergy through "Symphony" marketing initiatives, enhancing cross-category launches and sell-through at key accounts.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, Master Toy, Agent Teams (Category and Retail), for accurate records and reports on launch collections and retail placement.
- Coordinate business review presentations covering key seasonal & consumer moments and maintain retail calendars for Agent markets.
- Compile franchise data for Licensee and Retail pitch presentations and Key Partner Meetings.
- Manage own schedule, arranging conference calls fitting weekly business cadence and commercial deadlines.
- Assist Senior Commercial manager in collating information and insight across agents' hubs.
Administration:
- Stakeholder management, monitoring status of all activities for weekly report updates.
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets/tracking documents and distributing licensee lists, brand presentations, and other sales materials.
- Managing expenses in a timely manner.
- Tracking deals to fully executed status and invoice payment.
- Setting up new vendor accounts, raising purchase orders (using SAP), and coding invoices for payment, following through as required.

- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable business management experience in a cross-cultural setup.
- Proven track record managing various commercial partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage parallel workstreams, and multiple workflows under tight deadlines.
- Confident communication skills with ability to liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders internally and externally.
- Excellent administration skills and ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and delivering retail marketing campaigns.
- Able to lead and manage own projects/retail campaigns from conception to delivery.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with high attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity of Keynote and Mac.
