We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at Red Recruits. As a key member of our Interior & Architectural Design client's office in London, you will work closely with the Logistics Manager and Design team to ensure the smooth execution of shipping and installation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and coordinate shipping and installation logistics
  • Organize and manage inventory, including off the shelf procurement and sample library management
  • Monitor and control transport costs, warehouse capacity, and storage charges
  • Collate and process shipping paperwork and documentation
  • Coordinate item sign-off at the warehouse and ensure timely delivery to site
  • Prepare and monitor packing/crating, shipping documents, and insurance claims
  • Assist the Design team with procurement and sample management
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to logistics and administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
