About Us

YMCA Bournemouth is a leading provider of family support services in the local community. We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for children and families, and we are looking for a highly skilled Child Contact Centre Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child contact centre, ensuring that we provide a high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the child contact centre, including supervising staff and volunteers
  • Develop and implement programs and services to support families and children
  • Collaborate with other teams within YMCA Bournemouth to ensure a holistic approach to family support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or youth work
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
