Role of a Town Planner

As a Senior Town Planner, you will provide expert planning advice to clients and colleagues within a multidisciplinary environment. You will take ownership of various planning applications, working across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, leisure, and rural developments.

Essential Requirements

* Qualifications: A degree in Planning or a related field (RTPI-accredited)
* Experience: Previous experience in planning or development management within the public or private sector
* Skills: Strong technical knowledge of planning processes, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
* Competencies: A collaborative team player with a commercial mindset and problem-solving abilities
* A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
