About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team at HC-One. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, and developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

You will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our residents, advocating for their needs, and delivering a high standard of care that meets their individual requirements. You will work closely with our multi-professional teams to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
