We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrator to join our team at Watling Street Network PCN. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our primary care network.
Main Responsibilities
- Read and process patient correspondence, identifying relevant clinical information and updating patient records.
- Assist the prescriptions team with coordinating and preparing repeat prescriptions for patients.
- Provide general secretarial support to our practice and business managers, GPs, and health professionals.
- Handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
- Experience with Clinical Read Coding or within primary care is essential for this role.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills, combined with top-level attention to detail.
- Strong literacy and computer skills, with experience using clinical IT systems.
