Job Title: Executive Events Host

JLL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Events Host to join our team. As an Executive Events Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for internal and external clients visiting our corporate facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Aerospace Customer Suite, including conference facilities and lunch service.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleaning, catering, and maintenance requirements are met and issues are escalated as necessary.
  • Host high-profile clients with discretion and 5-star excellence.
  • Manage all logistics in support of customer visits, including booking meeting rooms, catering, accommodation, transport, and site tours.
  • Develop effective professional working relationships with client stakeholders at all levels within Rolls-Royce.
  • Ensure all AV/IT requirements are managed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Support emergency procedures as needed.
  • Undertake mandatory training as required for the role.
  • Work with the catering team to monitor quality, menu development, and operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality and events management.
  • Customer-centric methods.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and the wider JLL team.
  • Cultural awareness.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and operational experience with Microsoft Office software.
  • Desire to continually improve and self-develop.
