We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team at Heron Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our sales team to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide unparalleled customer service, handling customer concerns and feedback
  • Oversee store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Manage store operations, including tills, restocking, and inventory control
