Senior Sales Executive

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Norwich. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the training and support of the sales team, leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize the dealer database and systems to make daily follow-up contacts and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.
- Action all leads and fulfill orders promptly, adhering to documented policies and procedures.
- Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales, including add-on sales.
- Represent the brand in accordance with dealer standards and company requirements.
- Maximize every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business, demonstrating a strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer interaction skills and ability to build relationships.
- Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Competent in basic mathematics and comfortable using a computer, ideally with Microsoft packages.
- Smart appearance and well-organized, with a valid full UK driving license and no more than 3 points.
- Previous experience in the industry is not essential, but a passion for motorcycles is desired.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. Everyone is required to work on Saturdays, with Sundays closed and one day off during the week.
