Senior Sales Executive Opportunity

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Norwich. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the training and support of the sales team, leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize the dealer database and systems to identify sales opportunities and follow up with customers.
  • Update the CRM system with accurate and timely information, including customer requirements and GDPR data.
  • Promptly action all leads and fulfill customer orders, adhering to documented policies and procedures.
  • Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales, including add-on sales.
  • Represent the brand in accordance with dealer standards and company requirements.
  • Maximize every sales opportunity, both repeat and new business, through proactive and effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer interaction skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Highly motivated and determined individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Competent in basic mathematics and comfortable using computer software, including Microsoft packages.
  • Smart appearance and well-organized, with a valid full UK driving license and no more than 3 points.
  • Previous experience in the industry is not essential, but a passion for motorcycles is desirable.
Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. All team members are required to work on Saturdays, with Sundays closed and one day off during the week.
