ROLE:Trade Branch Manager HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role SALARY: £36, basic salary, with realistic total earning potential of up to £46, annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop a small team of employees to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
  • Develop relationships with customers and enhance the sales and customer experience within the branch
  • Manage team absences and deployment, and support the regional teams with recruitment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards, and ensure branch sales targets are achieved
  • Support training and maintain training records for branch staff
