Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract with the potential to become a permanent employee after 6 months. The successful candidate will support the finance team in achieving deadlines for AP and AR while managing payroll processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Manage employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
• Prepare and distribute pay slips and payroll reports.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
• Assist with year-end payroll processing, including tax forms and reporting.
• Ensure timely payment of salaries and compliance with statutory obligations.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in relevant software/tools, e.g., payroll systems, spreadsheets.

Working Arrangements:

This role is based 5 days a week in the office.
