Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, meeting payroll and SOX deadlines.
  • Perform monthly pension reconciliations and submissions.
  • Raise third-party payments on time.
  • Manage national statistics reporting.
  • Maintain payroll processes and procedures to meet SOX compliance.
  • Support year-end procedures, including P11d submissions.
  • Support audit requests from internal and external sources.
  • Participate in payroll projects as required.
  • Support key stakeholders and mentor the payroll coordinator.

Qualifications and Skills

  • CIPP certification and advantage.
  • Experience with manual payroll calculations.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, minimum.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Previous shared service experience, an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile data.
  • Finance experience, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
