Payroll Administrator Role


We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bond in Coventry. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Resolve older queries on Supplier accounts
  • Timely identification and resolution of queries involving liaison by phone or written communication with internal staff and external suppliers
  • Provide support as needed for the accounts team
  • To assist the payroll manager during 'payroll time' and learn how to run all 6 end to end payrolls, taking ownership of 2 of them
  • Responding to payroll queries from colleagues
  • Running payroll reports, plus ad-hoc reports when necessary
  • Updating the HR system with pay changes
  • Admin for our Nest Pension Schemes

Requirements:



  • 2 years payroll administration experience is essential
  • Must have End to end Payroll experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and organize workload
  • A willingness to get stuck in and use own initiative
