Role: Commercial Sales Manager - Van
Location: Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Southampton
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team providing a high-quality service for our customers, representing both Marshall Motor Group and one of our leading brands in this sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of van sales executives and business managers
- Provide advice and guidance on the preparation and marketing of vans
- Lead and motivate a team to meet sales targets on vans and added extras
- Liaise with customers, both face-to-face and by telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
