- Manage a team of Van Sales Executives and Business Managers to achieve sales targets and provide a high-quality service to customers.
- Provide guidance and support to the team on the preparation and marketing of vans.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet sales targets on vans and added extras.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Handle customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner.
