Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join their SJP Practice based in Horsham. This role involves supporting Financial Advisers with all areas of administration, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison. The ideal candidate will have experience working with different CRM systems and platforms, such as Salesforce.

  • Key responsibilities include chasing financial institutions for information, telephone liaison with Administration Centres and Paraplanners, drafting and proof-reading documents, creating and updating client records, maintaining and accurately updating the CRM, deciphering policy information, onboarding new clients, completing illustrations and applications, and performing other ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a Financial Planning role, be flexible and adaptable, possess excellent written English, numerate and analytical skills, and be able to work additional hours when required. Full training will be provided, and there is an opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation Framework.

This is an office-based role in Horsham with a competitive salary range of £25k - £30k per annum.
