Job Title: Education Professional - Flexibility Opportunity

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Salary: Up to £150 per day

Contract Type: Flexible Working/Day to Day Supply

We are currently seeking qualified education professionals who are passionate about teaching and enjoy working with children in various settings. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 across Primary Schools in the Central Swindon area.

This role offers full flexibility to fit around your current commitments, allowing you to gain valuable experience across different settings and year groups. You will have the chance to work alongside a variety of teachers in different schools, supporting students with diverse needs and abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
  • Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs and abilities of individual students.
  • Provide feedback to parents, the school, and agency at the end of the day.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive and compassionate attitude towards students.
  • A valid right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work on short notice.
