Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Bank RMN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our wards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be confident in your clinical abilities and possess a strong understanding of mental health nursing principles and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to patients with mental health needs
  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medication and perform clinical procedures as required
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in an NHS setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
