About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI initiatives and drive business growth through the strategic development and implementation of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the agency's overall business goals.
  • Partner with our delivery teams to ensure AI adoption and get everyone onboard with the AI vision.
  • Lead the integration and testing of AI into existing workflows and processes.
  • Oversee the identification, evaluation, and selection of AI-powered marketing tools and technologies.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of AI initiatives and financial impact of AI with the finance and operations teams.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how AI solutions can enhance their marketing performance.
  • Present AI-driven strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that AI tools used respect the boundaries of user privacy and function without inherent biases.
  • Manage AI risks.
  • Maintain a balance between business, human involvement, and technology.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies with a passion for the area.
  • Technical proficiency in AI and data analytics.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and other advanced AI techniques.
  • Ability to lead successful AI initiatives.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the ethical and regulatory considerations associated with AI.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience and a good understanding of performance marketing.
  • Passionate about driving innovation and change.
  • Strong understanding of businesses and how AI can be used to improve a business's bottom line.
