Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of all Pre-Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.
- Maintain buildings, plant, and facilities to ensure they are fit for purpose, providing proactive support and solutions as needed.
- Manage maintenance purchasing requirements, including capital forecasts.
- Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee new projects from design to full installation and handover.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive operational improvements and enhance product quality and production output.
- Liaise with other departments, customers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Possession of a full driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven experience in maintenance management or engineering roles.
Benefits:
- Full-time position - 39 hours per week Monday-Friday.
- Holidays: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing after 1 year's service.
- Bonus: 5% of annual salary after 1 full financial year.
