Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee the Engineering Team's activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers, providing guidance and support, and driving process improvements to enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers to achieve quality and customer outcomes
  • Embed a coaching and performance management culture within the team
  • Create an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation
  • Celebrate success and recognize team members for their contributions
  • Ensure all team members understand the company's goals and how their work contributes to the bigger picture

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience
  • Track record of building high levels of engagement and delivering excellent customer and colleague outcomes
  • Knowledge of motor claims repair and total loss processes is highly beneficial
