  • Empathy and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Knowledge of relevant SEMH strategies and interventions, with a willingness to learn and develop.
