Intranet Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Intranet Manager to join our Digital and Knowledge Management team at Mills & Reeve. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding team, playing a pivotal role in the success of our new SharePoint intranet.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient content management.
- Collaborate with lawyers and business support teams across the firm, providing expert guidance and support.
- Develop and implement effective digital solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Work closely with the Head of Knowledge Management and Digital to drive intranet strategy and direction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, MS 365, and the MS Office suite.
- Proven experience in managing SharePoint sites and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Strong organizational and methodical approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload, with a flexible approach to work and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience with Power Automate, Tygraph, or the Atlas intranet platform is a plus.
