About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intranet Manager to join our Digital and Knowledge Management team at Mills & Reeve. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our new SharePoint intranet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our SharePoint sites, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Work closely with our lawyers and business support teams to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that engages and informs our employees.
  • Collaborate with our intranet steering group to ensure the intranet meets the needs of our business.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to juggle multiple priorities.
