About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intranet Manager to join our Digital and Knowledge Management team at Mills & Reeve. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding team, contributing to the success of our new SharePoint intranet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient content management.
  • Work closely with lawyers and business support teams to develop and implement effective digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with the intranet steering group to drive strategy and direction for the intranet.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality content, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, particularly SharePoint and the MS 365 suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
