Job Summary: Clark Wood is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance services for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.

About the Role: As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve full tax compliance while identifying strategic tax planning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tax compliance services for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of tax returns and computations.
  • Review complex corporation tax returns and computations with precision, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Tax to develop and implement tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities and maximize business value.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in UK corporation tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients remain compliant and take advantage of available tax incentives.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on tax planning and compliance matters, ensuring they achieve their business goals while minimizing tax risks.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a CTA Qualified tax professional with proven experience in Corporate Tax management. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
