About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at 5 Hertford Street Club, a prestigious private member's club in the heart of Mayfair. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for planning and executing the production of high-quality pastries and desserts for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the production of pastries and desserts to meet the demands of our members
  • Supervise and assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries and desserts
  • Oversee the smooth running of the day-to-day operations in the pastry kitchen
Requirements
  • Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member's club is highly desirable
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in Michelin-starred restaurants
