Senior Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Cannock, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operation during service and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Develop and implement creative menu ideas, utilizing fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment, promoting a positive and creative work culture.
- Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen hygiene, and health and safety protocols.
- Creativity, passion for cooking, and a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
