Job OverviewAs a Kitchen Sales Designer in one of our stores, you'll craft a welcoming environment meeting our high standards. You'll delight our customers with the kitchens you design, showcasing them around our showroom and explaining what we offer. With the customers' needs in mind, you'll manage the sale from start to finish, including site or home visits, overseeing installation processes at times, and providing after-sales support. We ensure our customers receive kitchens that last a lifetime.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will succeed by:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing customer queries professionally and promptly
- Understanding market trends and competitor analysis
- Identifying ways to improve store efficiency
- Supporting new business initiatives
- Designing great kitchens
- Developing knowledge of our products and services
- Holding a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
